Model Agreement

Introduction
This Model Agreement sets out the conditions which apply to all content providers (“Models”) who upload or contribute content to VB Media Marketing LLC. By signing up as a content provider and checking the electronic “I agree to the Model Agreement” box at registration, you agree to abide by these terms in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

Prohibited Activity

• Models must not upload, post, or distribute any content that involves or promotes illegal activity.

• Models must not submit content that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, and consent rights.

Consent Requirements

• Models are required to keep written consent from all persons depicted in their content.

• Models must confirm that all persons depicted have given clear and voluntary consent for the content to be publicly distributed and downloaded by users.

• Models must be able to provide supporting documentation of such consent upon request.

Age and Identity Verification

• Models must verify the age and identity of all persons depicted in their content.

• All persons depicted must be 18 years of age or older at the time of content creation.

• Models must maintain valid copies of government-issued identification for all depicted persons and provide such documents if requested by VB Media Marketing LLC.

Supporting Documentation

• Upon request, Models must promptly provide VB Media Marketing LLC with any documentation necessary to confirm compliance with this Agreement, including but not limited to age verification and written consent records.

Acknowledgment

 

• Models agree that failure to comply with this Agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination of their account, removal of content, and potential referral to law enforcement where applicable.

• By checking the electronic “I agree to the Model Agreement” box at signup, Models confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
